Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a part-time ADA Facilitator in New Orleans to assist guests with disabilities at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome and Smoothie King Center. Responsibilities include providing mobility assistance, escorting guests, and delivering lost items to Guest Relations.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, knowledge of ADA procedures, and be able to stand for long periods. This role involves working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Extensive building knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz Superdome and Smoothie King Center.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobility assistance to guests with disabilities.
• Escort guests requiring ticket relocations to Guest Services.
• Deliver lost and found items to Guest Relations Center.

Skills
