Job summary

Centre Area Transportation Authority (CATA) in State College, PA, is seeking a full-time, onsite ADA On-Demand Coordinator (Temporary) to support ADA and On-Demand services and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

You’ll handle weekly fare audits, data entry for CATARide/CATAGo/CATACommute, verify invoices, and assist with patron education and ADA training scheduling. Proficiency with Excel and multiple software systems, sharp attention to detail, and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Excel and able to work with multiple software systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and auditing.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with patrons, vendors, and colleagues.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
• Experience in transportation services, ADA compliance, or administrative roles preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Checking weekly and monthly CATARide paperwork for accuracy with bank deposits and patron account charges.
• Conducting weekly and end-of-month fare audits to ensure accuracy of trip counts between shared-ride and ADA.
• End-of-month data entry for CATARide, CATAGo, and CATACommute.
• Verification of invoice data for CATARide, CATAGo, and CATACommute services.
• Monitoring PennDOT FMR applications and mailing documents as appropriate.
• Assisting with patron education.
• Assists in scheduling ADA training for new employees.
• Assisting with patron education.
• Reviewing phone monitoring reports from IT in accordance with ADA compliance requirements.
• All other tasks as assigned

What does an ADA OnDemand Coordinator do?

As an ADA On-Demand Coordinator at CATA, you'll provide critical organizational support for the ADA and On-Demand services department. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
