Job summary

MTM Transit in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Program Manager to lead the ADA Paratransit Eligibility Center operations in collaboration with Paratransit Operations. You will ensure timely delivery, contract compliance, and high-quality customer service for eligibility determinations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or higher in a related field, 5+ years in ADA compliance leadership, and experience with disability assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Rehabilitation, Ancillary Health Care Profession, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years progressively responsible ADA compliance program experience.
• 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Familiarity with the ADA regulations and sensitivity to disability issues.
• Experience with information gathering or functional interviews/assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of direct and indirect reports including Assessment team members and staff.
• Liaise with the Client to meet expectations and respond to information requests in a timely manner.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert on contracted program and MTM/Client procedures.
• Educate Client on MTM procedures to ensure contract compliance and reporting.
• Review service delivery to ensure appropriate assessments are performed.
• Conduct or oversee assessments (functional, cognitive) as needed.
• Take part in education and training for employees on new processes.
• Maintain knowledge of MTM software and client systems.
