Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in a data-intensive analytics role.
• Mobile gaming or advertising experience is a big plus.
• Expert-level SQL skills.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau or equivalent BI tools.
• Self-starter who drives solutions to completion without direction.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Curiosity and a challenger mindset with a drive for deeper insight.
• Strong project management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the roadmap for ad revenue initiatives across Zynga's advertising inventory.
• Lead multi-stakeholder initiatives from ideation to rollout across the game portfolio.
• Monitor daily ad revenue performance, diagnose shifts, and surface optimization opportunities.
• Design and execute complex A/B tests and translate findings into actionable strategies.
• Collaborate with product and analytics teams to align on ads revenue outcomes.
• Partner with data science on ML/AI-powered models to improve targeting, pricing, and inventory optimization.
• Mentor analysts and provide strategic guidance to the team.
