Zynga is seeking a strategic Ad Revenue & Analytics Lead to own analytics and optimization for advertising inventory across mobile games. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, mentor analysts, and translate data into revenue-driven strategies.

The role requires expert SQL, Python or R, Tableau, and ML familiarity, plus a proven ability to influence across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in a data-intensive analytics role.
• Expert-level SQL skills.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis, statistical modeling, and automation.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau or equivalent BI/dashboarding tools.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and AI tools as applied to revenue analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the roadmap for key ad revenue initiatives that maximize revenue across Zynga's advertising inventory.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from ideation through rollout across our game portfolio.
• Stay close to daily ad revenue performance, flagging anomalies, diagnosing shifts, and surfacing optimization opportunities.
• Lead the design and execution of complex A/B tests; translate findings into actionable strategies.
• Collaborate with product and central analytics teams, driving alignment and shared ownership of ads revenue outcomes.
• Partner with data science on ML and AI-powered models to improve ad targeting, pricing, and inventory optimization.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts on the team.
