Job summary

Zynga in California is looking for an Ad Revenue & Analytics Lead to own analytics and optimization across our mobile game advertising inventory. You will drive end-to-end strategies and mentor a team of analysts to move the business forward.

You will design and execute A/B tests, collaborate with product and central analytics, and partner with data science on ML-powered pricing and targeting. Strong SQL, Python/R, and Tableau are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 5+ years in a data-intensive analytics role.
• Experience in mobile gaming or advertising is a plus.
• Expert SQL skills and Python or R proficiency.
• Advanced Tableau or similar BI skills.
• Knowledge of ML concepts applied to revenue analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the roadmap for ad revenue initiatives.
• Lead multi-stakeholder initiatives from ideation to rollout.
• Monitor ad revenue performance and surface optimization opportunities.
• Design and run complex A/B tests and translate results.
• Collaborate with product and analytics teams for revenue outcomes.
• Partner with data science on ML models for pricing and targeting.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide strategic guidance.
