Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor is seeking an Ad Operations Specialist to support traffic, contracts processing, and campaign fulfillment across the regional markets. You will monitor campaign execution and ensure timely delivery of materials in line with client requirements.

The role requires collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to resolve issues and identify revenue opportunities. A bachelor’s degree and 1 year of related experience are preferred, with strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a sales support or related role.
• Media advertising industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manages regional inventory availability to maximize revenue recognition of all media products.
• Ensures that all campaign’s contractual requirements are fulfilled.
• Manages client instructions and design assignments for timely installation of materials.
• Triages with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Assists leadership in identifying trends in inventory and creating compelling packages for clients and prospects.
• Performs other duties as required.
