True Media is seeking an Ad Operations Specialist to manage a portfolio of digital client campaigns, including setup, trafficking, tracking, and pacing across accounts. You will act as a liaison between internal teams and media vendors to ensure timely delivery and accurate measurement.
The role requires 1+ years in digital campaigns, strong communication, and proficiency with ad serving platforms, tag managers, and analytics.

The Ad Operations Specialist works on a portfolio of clients to build and manage digital client campaigns and website tagging within the Media Intelligence & Operations department. The Ad Operations Specialist is proactive, organized, and exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills. This role is responsible for digital campaign setup, trafficking, tracking implementation, and pacing monitoring across assigned accounts, and serves as a key point of contact between internal teams and media vendors on campaign delivery matters.
