True Media is seeking an experienced Account/Project Coordinator to support multiple client campaigns across several office locations. You will manage statements of work, track budgets, and ensure timely delivery of client deliverables.
The role requires collaboration with account teams, ensuring accurate invoicing and smooth client communications. A Bachelor’s in advertising/marketing and at least 1 year in marketing are preferred, with a hybrid 3-2 office/remote schedule.
Open position in all True Media office locations, including Kansas City, MO, Columbia, MO, St. Louis, MO, Portsmouth, NH, Dallas, TX and Minneapolis, MN; Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
