We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented, organized, and driven Ad Operations Manager to join our growing team. This hybrid role spans ad operations, account management, and project coordination — and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

You’ll work directly with advertisers, coordinate campaign launches, own the QA process, and help build scalable systems to onboard new partners efficiently and effectively.

What You’ll Do

  • Advertiser Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for our advertising partners. Manage day-to-day communication and support their campaign success.
  • Ad Operations: Set up and manage campaigns from start to finish — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client goals.
  • Project Management: Develop and implement streamlined onboarding and campaign launch processes for new advertisers.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and verify campaign functionality, creative assets, tracking, and placement to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Performance Analysis: Review and interpret performance data, surface insights, and make optimizations or recommendations as needed.
  • Process Development: Standardize internal documentation, workflows, and SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and leadership to ensure advertiser needs and feedback are integrated into platform improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in ad operations, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital advertising.
  • Strong background in account management or client-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with ad networks, tracking platforms (e.g., Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters), and attribution tools is a big plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail — nothing gets past you.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines without breaking a sweat.
  • Clear, proactive communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Self-starter mentality — you're resourceful, adaptable, and eager to take initiative.
  • Experience using AI to improve workflows.
  • Bonus: experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
