Position Summary

The Ad Operations Manager is responsible for the strategic implementation and oversight of ad campaign launches, working closely with the retailer team to ensure successful campaign execution and performance goal achievement. This includes planning, setup, trafficking, and management of campaigns throughout their lifecycle.

Job Duties

• Partner with the Account Management team to gather campaign details, track progress against goals & KPIs
• Manage campaign setup, implementation, and trafficking within CitrusAd and other platforms
• Confirm campaign launches and provide proof via screenshots
• Monitor campaign performance, escalate issues, and optimize campaigns to meet objectives
• Generate and validate campaign reports post-completion
• Serve as a data and insights resource for ADRM campaigns

Skills/Qualifications/Abilities

• Experience managing campaigns in a fast-paced environment
• Data-driven, analytical, with strong attention to detail
• Strategic planning and operational efficiency skills
• Experience with ecommerce media/search platforms or willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Knowledge of retail, ecommerce, digital industry
• Management experience overseeing onshore/offshore teams preferred
