A leading company in digital advertising is seeking an experienced Ad Operations Manager to oversee the setup and optimization of advertising campaigns. The successful candidate will manage digital campaigns, ensure accuracy, and drive performance across multiple platforms, working closely with internal teams to achieve measurable results.

We're looking for an experienced Ad Operations Manager to support the execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role plays a vital part in ensuring campaign accuracy, performance, and delivery.

Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end digital campaign setup, trafficking, delivery, and optimization
Participate in QA workflows to ensure accurate implementation of placements, bids, and rates
Coordinate with internal teams for IO approvals and handle revisions as needed
Maintain campaign reporting and support operational workflows
Conduct daily campaign monitoring to optimize for delivery, performance, and budget pacing
Implement tracking and ensure accurate execution of campaign requirements
Monitor KPIs and ensure campaigns meet performance and revenue goals
Collaborate with account, creative, and strategy teams for seamless campaign execution
Establish and uphold best practices for ad operations and workflow efficiencies
Provide technical leadership on ad serving platforms and evolving ad tech solutions
Assist with media billing, reconciliation, and invoicing tasks
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
3+ years in digital ad operations, preferably within an agency or fast-paced digital environment
Proficient in ad platforms such as Google Campaign Manager (DCM) and DV360
Experienced in programmatic display campaign execution and optimization
Hands-on experience with paid social platforms like Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok strongly preferred
Strong analytical skills; familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar
Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities
Excellent problem-solving skills and communication across internal stakeholders
Advanced knowledge of digital advertising ecosystems and programmatic platforms
Skilled in campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization techniques
Familiarity with ad verification tools (MOAT, IAS, DoubleVerify)
