TEKsystems is seeking an Ad Operations Specialist for a 100% remote, contract role with flexibility to support EST hours. You will manage direct media campaigns and oversee the Boostr CRM system, ensuring flawless workflow and robust reporting.

You’ll collaborate with Partnerships, Design, Growth Marketing, Content/Editorial, and Finance to drive revenue growth from campaigns. Strong analytics knowledge and experience with ad ops tools are essential.

• 35 years of experience in ad operations and inventory management.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple channels, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in ad ops and analytics tools (e.g., NetSuite, GA, Excel, Sigma, Looker, Indicative).

Description

Our client is seeking an Ad Operations Specialist to manage direct media campaigns across a suite of advertising products, and oversee the CRM system which is currently Boostr. Strong candidates are excited about rolling up their sleeves to directly manage campaign workflows. Ultimate success in this role is running high-performing campaigns, efficiently managing tasks, and pulling accurate and detailed reporting. You will collaborate primarily with the Partnerships Team, while working cross-functionally with Design, Growth Marketing, Content/Editorial, and Finance/Accounting. This role will report to the Director of Revenue Operations.

Who You Are

35 years of experience in ad operations and inventory management, with a track record of supporting revenue growth.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple channels, deadlines, and stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills with experience in ad ops and analytics tools (e.g., NetSuite, GA, Excel, Sigma, Looker, Indicative).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Emeryville, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
