Job summary

The Executive Office of Technology Services and Security (EOTSS) in Massachusetts is seeking a Microsoft 365 Administrator to join the Messaging & Directory Services team.

The role covers Office 365 apps, Active Directory, and Proofpoint E‑Mail Hygiene, providing engineering and architecture support for the Enterprise Messaging environment and related technologies. The primary work location is 200 Arlington Street Chelsea, MA, with a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience with Office365 components (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams).
• Knowledge of Active Directory, AD sites, DNS, GPOs, PKI.
• Familiarity with Proofpoint Email Hygiene and anti-spam solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Experience with scripting and reporting using PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support enterprise Messaging and Directory Services including multi-domain AD and Exchange Hybrid.
• Perform upgrades and evaluate environment for performance.
• Write PowerShell scripts for reporting and troubleshooting Office365.
• Configure Purview, Retention and DLP policies to protect agency data.
• Create SharePoint Site Collections and ODFB accounts for agencies.
