Job summary

First Advantage in the United States is seeking a data-driven Revenue Performance and Sales Analytics leader to own pipeline and ACV forecasting, collaborating with GMs, Sales, and Customer Success to turn data into action.

You will drive AI-enabled analytics, enhance reporting, and partner with Finance and Marketing to align pipeline, bookings, and revenue while advocating clarity and accountability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Performance, Sales Analytics, or Revenue Operations.
• Strong working knowledge of Revenue Tech Stack (e.g., Salesforce, Gong Forecasting, ZoomInfo).
• Experience with BI platforms (e.g., Power BI).
• Intermediate or better experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS tools.

Responsibilities

• Own annual planning for pipeline modeling and Booked ACV targets, including ongoing performance analysis across Pipeline ACV, Booked ACV, and Revenue.
• Monitor adherence to pipeline and forecast standards, identifying risks, gaps, and performance trends.
• Monitor and report on core performance KPIs including: Sales Cycle, ASP (Average Selling Price), Win Rates.
• Analyze pipeline health including coverage, velocity, aging, conversion, and slippage.
• Support weekly pipeline and operating reviews, providing data and performance insight.
• Partner with GMs on rep and team performance, identifying execution gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Provide insight into how pipeline and bookings quality impact downstream revenue realization.
• Collaborate with Finance and Marketing Operations to support alignment across pipeline, bookings, and revenue.
