Qualifications

• Requires national certification in two areas of specialty from ARDMS, CCI or ARRT.
• BLS certification required.
• 3-5 years of clinical ultrasound experience.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all ultrasound exams per referring orders with proper protocols.
• Educate patients about procedures and provide clear explanations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in registries and quality control.
• Conduct equipment quality checks and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Document findings clearly and maintain standardized image formats.
• Maintain patient safety and confidentiality in line with policy.
