Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current Oklahoma LPN license.
• BLS current upon hire.
• Venipuncture skills required.
• One year of full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting preferred.
• De-escalation training (TEAM) completed within 6 months of hire.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Participates in modification of the plan of care with multidisciplinary team.
• Evaluates patient responses to interventions based on outcomes.
• Reassesses the patient as defined by Nursing Standards of Care.
• Contributes to assessment by conducting focused assessments.
• Collects data and documents reports for current and previous conditions.
