Job summary

St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Enid, OK is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Acute Rehab PRN. The role involves diverse patient populations, providing exceptional care in a 229-bed acute care setting with a broad specialty base including rehabilitation.

The RN will assess needs, plan, implement and evaluate care using the nursing process, ensuring dignified, high-quality nursing care. Current OK RN license and BLS, with NIH Stroke Scale certification within 2 months, are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure from Oklahoma required.
• ASAP to 2 months NIH Stroke Scale certification.
• Team (De-Escalation) training within 6 months of hire.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assess nursing needs and initiate plan of care.
• Implement and evaluate the nursing care plan.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary plan of care for assigned patients.
• Develop goals, treatment and discharge plans for patients/families.
• Collaborate with care partner to meet educational and physical needs.
