Job summary

St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Enid, OK is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Acute Rehab on a PRN basis. The role involves assessing patient needs, developing and implementing nursing plans, and coordinating interdisciplinary care for diverse patient populations.

Located in a 229-bed acute care facility with a long history of service to northwest Oklahoma. The RN will collaborate with the care team, maintain standards of practice, and support patient education and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Oklahoma.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification within 2 months of hire.
• De-Escalation training completed within 6 months of hire.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess the nursing needs of patients and initiate the plan of care.
• Implement the plan of care and evaluate patient progress.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary plan of care for assigned patients.
• Develop goals, treatment and discharge plans.
• Collaborate with the patient’s care partner to educate and address needs.
