Job summary

Interim HealthCare Staffing in Indianapolis is seeking an Acute Rehab CNA for a day-shift weekend option. You will provide direct patient care in an acute rehab setting, assist with ADLs, monitor patient conditions, and follow care plans while maintaining safety and comfort.

The role requires an Indiana CNA license, 2 years of acute care experience, BLS, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in Indiana.
• 2 years of ACUTE CARE experience as required by facility.
• Able to work independently yet as part of a team.
• Able to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficient at taking vital signs and administering medications.
• Active BLS, physical, TB test and other medical compliance as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support in an acute rehab setting.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing and mobility.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes to nursing staff.
• Follow care plans and protocols to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality patient care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
