Qualifications

• Current and valid state Registered Nurse license.

• Current ACLS on hire and maintain.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with 1 year in supervisory or leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative oversight for the department's service functions.
• Collaborates with the unit Director/Manager and leads staff orientation and training.
• Communicates with staff, physicians, and administration in written and verbal form.
• Monitors performance quality and ensures efficient department operations.
• Directs, supervises, and evaluates personnel during shifts.
