Job summary

Sentara Health in Virginia Beach seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager over Physician and APP Recruitment to plan, develop, and oversee system-wide recruitment programs for clinical and operational roles. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• 5 years of recruitment experience and 3 years of leadership experience required; leadership experience preferred.
• Experience managing a team of recruiters at scale in high-volume hiring environments preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics platforms preferred.
• SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategy across the system.
• Own full-cycle hiring oversight of recruitment roles.
• Lead workforce planning and hiring forecasts in partnership with clinical and operational leaders, and HR Business Partners.
• Build and strengthen employer brand presence within the acute and post-acute care community.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Talent Acquisition Advisors, Consultants, and Specialists.
• Partner with hiring leadership to fill high-acuity and hard-to-fill specialty roles.
• Ensure compliance with licensure, credentialing, and hiring requirements throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and operational efficiency in a fast-changing environment.
