AdventHealth in Parker, Colorado seeks a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our full-time day-shift team. You will provide expert rehab services, supervise assistants, and educate patients and families.

A Doctorate in Physical Therapy and PT license (or PT-TEMP) plus BLS are required, with strong communication and safety focus. Join a team dedicated to whole-person care, community outreach, and ongoing professional development within a faith-based system.

Formación

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and EMR systems.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication with patients, staff, physicians, and administrators.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain clinical knowledge and apply evidence-based practices as a Clinical instructor.
• Ensure patient and caregiver safety in daily activities.
• Engage in community education and outreach to raise awareness of physical therapy services.
• Perform evaluations and re-evaluations using standard methods.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans with clear goals and frequency.
• Document accurately and timely using objective terminology.
• Charge patients accurately and timely.
• Discharge patients when maximum benefit is reached per guidelines.
• Support quality standards and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Oversee care provided by assistants and therapy aides; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain productivity through time management and efficiency; adapt hours as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
