Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients; develop care plans per standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatments aligned with plans.
• Assist with standing, walking, lifting, and repositioning of patients and equipment.
• Administer manual therapy, ambulation, exercises, modalities, devices, and wound care.
• Provide counseling to patients and families about physical disorders.
• Prepare discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory requirements.
