Job summary

Ascension is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist at Jane Phillips Medical Center in Bartlesville, OK. The role focuses on designing and delivering goal-driven care plans with families, using evidence-based PT methods to enhance mobility and independence.

BLS Provider within 30 days of hire; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
PT credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision prior to hire; temporary letter accepted.

Responsibilities

Design and adapt goal-oriented care plans in partnership with patients and their families to ensure every milestone aligns with their personal recovery journey.
Deliver hands-on physical therapy treatments using evidence-based techniques to directly improve patient mobility, alleviate pain, and restore independence.
Evaluate patient progress continuously to refine clinical approaches, ensuring that care remains effective and responsive to the patient's evolving needs.
Lead and mentor therapy assistants and students to foster a collaborative environment dedicated to clinical excellence and high-quality patient outcomes.
