Job summary

Ascension is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist at Ascension St John Broken Arrow in Broken Arrow, OK. You will design goal-oriented care plans with patients and families, deliver hands-on treatments to improve mobility and independence, and continuously adjust strategies based on progress.

Join a collaborative team within the Physical Therapy department, mentoring assistants and students while providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or Doctorate preferred.
• Oklahoma PT licensure required prior to hire; temporary license accepted until issued.
• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire (AHA or Red Cross accepted).

Responsibilities

• Design and adapt goal-oriented care plans with patients and families.
• Deliver hands-on PT treatments using evidence-based techniques to improve mobility and independence.
• Continuously evaluate patient progress and refine approaches.
• Lead and mentor therapy assistants and students to support clinical excellence.
