Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license; AHA BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinical and operational activities of a 28-bed Acute Oncology unit.
• Foster safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Support and develop nursing staff through coaching and performance management.
