UVA Health in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a highly capable APP to join a specialized acute oncology team. You will respond to emergencies and manage infusion reactions across the cancer center while providing same-day evaluation and treatment for acute oncologic needs.

The role offers four 10-hour shifts weekly with day/evening mix, significant clinical autonomy, and strong interdisciplinary support within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program with current VA licensure or eligibility.
• Oncology and acute care experience in high-acuity settings.
• Experience managing oncologic emergencies and infusion reactions.
• ACLS certification encouraged and relevant to emergency response duties.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR per guidelines.
• Coordinate tests, procedures, and specialty referrals.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research protocols.
• Identify appropriate subspecialist consultations as needed.
