Role: An Acute Care Charge Nurse (RN) provides leadership and direct patient care in a 17-bed acute care unit.

• Responsibilities: Facilitates patient care coordination, develops individualized plans, leads evidence-based practice initiatives, and evaluates patient and family experiences to improve outcomes and satisfaction. Acts as a clinical resource, assesses patient data, and collaborates with the interprofessional team. Promotes safe, high-quality care and supports practice improvements.
• Qualifications: Requires an RN license with 2-5 years of experience; a bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of experience are preferred. Leadership or supervisory experience is not necessary.
• Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, leadership abilities, critical thinking, and effective communication skills are essential. Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment is required.
