You will collaborate with physicians and preceptors to implement assessment and care plans, while actively participating in rehabilitation goals.

You will perform ongoing patient assessments, develop comprehensive care plans with clear discharge strategies, and ensure thorough documentation in medical records, supporting a patient‑centered

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Valid State RN License (applicants may apply before licensing but must be licensed upon start).
• BLS certification required at hire.
• Flexibility in scheduling to meet program requirements.
