Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform and document comprehensive nursing assessments per unit standards.
• Develop and implement a plan of care in collaboration with the care team.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and communicate with patients and families.
• Prioritize interventions based on assessment and stabilize changes in condition.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and standards of nursing practice.
• Provide education to patients and families and review discharge plans.
