Job summary

Emory Healthcare is seeking an RN Clinician at our Warner Robins, GA location. The role supports patient care using the AACN Synergy Model, with a 12-hour day shift (7:00am–7:00pm) and a 0.9 FTE on-site schedule.

Key duties include delivering nursing care, patient assessments, care plan development, documentation, and education for patients and families. Licensing is required with BLS; ACLS may be needed by department. On-call or leadership tasks may apply as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited BSN program.
• RN license in good standing with Georgia Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification; ACLS may be required by department.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe, effective nursing care using the nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and evaluates nursing impact on outcomes.
• Develops and implements patient care plans with patient/family input.
• Documents care accurately in electronic and physical records.
• Identifies patient and family learning needs and provides resources.
• Respects cultural differences and individualizes care.
• Delegates appropriately within Synergy Model; collaborates with interdisciplinary team.
• May assume Charge Nurse responsibilities and assist in orienting staff and students.
