Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, independent nursing care using the nursing process.
• Perform thorough patient assessments and plan care accordingly.
• Develop and implement patient care plans with patient/family input.
• Document care accurately in electronic and physical records.
• Identify learning needs and refer to appropriate resources.
• Work with interdisciplinary team and potentially serve as Charge Nurse when needed.
