Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN with 12 months of nursing experience in past five years OR ADN with 2+ years of experience
• Active Georgia RN licensure
• BLS certification; ACLS may be required for certain departments; multi-state eNLC license within 60 days; WOC certification within 12 months for wound care department

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care using the nursing process
• Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor outcomes
• Develop and implement patient care plans with patient/family input
• Document care accurately in electronic and physical records
• Identify learning needs and provide resources to patients and families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and care partners
• Assume Charge Nurse responsibilities when assigned
• Orient staff and students in the absence of a designated preceptor
