Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited BSN with RN licensure in Georgia.
• OR ADN with a minimum of 2 years' nursing experience in the past five years.
• Recent nursing experience within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and directs daily operations of a shift on a clinical unit.
• Supervises staff and communicates with physicians and admins to ensure patient care.
• Leads change initiatives and applies evidence-based practice for patient outcomes.
• Delivers nursing care using the nursing process and documents outcomes.
• Fosters interdisciplinary collaboration and supports staff development.
• Assists in orienting staff and ensures policy compliance.
