Job summary

Prisma Health's Oconee Memorial Hospital is seeking a registered nurse to join the Facility Resource Pool. The role provides clinical leadership across inpatient units and requires float to various nursing units within Prisma Health facilities.

The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care per the nursing process, ensuring safe, evidence-based practice. The position includes collaboration with the care team, discharge planning, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an acute inpatient setting within the RN scope of practice.
• Develop and update the plan of care in collaboration with the patient, family and health care team.
• Identify goals and outcomes and coordinate discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Document care activities and outcomes to support quality improvement.

Education
