Job summary

Prisma Health's Richland Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Facility Resource Pool. You will provide clinical direction for patient care across an acute inpatient setting, emphasizing family-centered care and evidence-based nursing practices.

The role requires flexibility to float to various units, with day shifts and potential weekend/holiday/on-call work. Current SC RN licensure is required and 2 years of RN experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical direction for patient care in an acute inpatient setting.
• Perform nursing assessments, plan and implement care with patient/family involvement.
• Develop and update plans of care in collaboration with the health care team.
