Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the direct supervision of the Hemodialysis RN for assigned patients.
• Report and document new or unusual incidents to the RN.
• Set up and prime dialysis equipment as directed by the Fresenius nurse when competent.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and support QEP/QAI activities.
• Document treatment information in EMS/ACES and calculate UF/Na modeling per protocol.
