Fresenius Medical Care in Ashland, OH seeks a dialysis technician to join the care team under RN supervision. You will assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines, monitor patient status, record treatments, and ensure safety and cleanliness in the treatment area.

You will participate in education and infection control, support CQI activities, and help with documentation and lab sample handling as required. Prior healthcare experience and CMS/CPR certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Must meet CMS-approved state and/or national certification requirements.
• Demonstrated commitment to organization culture, values and customer service standards.

Responsabilités

• Assist in setting up and operating hemodialysis machines.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and treatment progress.
• Record treatment data and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain a safe, clean treatment environment and adhere to infection control practices.
• Assist with education and CQI activities as directed.
