Mercy Hospital Jefferson – Acute Rehab Unit in Festus, MO is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to join our per diem team. You will perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients, with supervision of patients and rehab staff as required, consistent with Mercy Service Standards.

Eligibility includes a Bachelor/Master of Science in Physical Therapy or DPT, active PT licensure in the state, and BLS certification, with 6 months to 1

Formación

• Education: Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy.
• Licensure: Current/Temporary license of Physical Therapy in state of practice.
• Certifications: BLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently.
• Preferred Experience: Six months to one year experience is preferred for Rehabilitation Physical Therapist. Prefer experience with care for adult and geriatric

Responsabilidades

• Performs objective assessments and comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Direct supervision to patients, indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians.
• General supervision of PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts.
