Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy.
• Licensure: Current/Temporary license of Physical Therapy in state of practice.
• Certifications: BLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Provide direct supervision to patients, indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians, and general supervision of PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts.
• Contribute to Mercy’s mission and standards through compassionate, collaborative care.
