Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking an Acute Registered Nurse to provide acute dialysis care within a hospital setting. You will supervise Patient Care Technicians and LVNs and collaborate with the Acute Manager and hospital staff.

The role emphasizes patient safety, infection control, and adherence to company policies. You will perform pre/post treatment assessments, manage dialysis equipment, and participate in quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state or compact, maintained in good standing.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency with hospital information systems and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Provide patient education and follow up as needed.
• Demonstrate efficient use of supplies and staff labor hours.
• Assist with inventory management and compliance with purchasing protocols.
