Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. seeks an Acute Registered Nurse to deliver dialysis care within a hospital setting. The role includes supervising Patient Care Technicians and Licensed Vocational Nurses, and reporting to the Acute Manager or regional leadership as applicable.

You will perform pre/post-treatment assessments, ensure accurate patient records and treatment data, and participate in quality initiatives to meet clinical targets. Strong English communication and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• RN license in applicable state or compact is required.
• Prior dialysis nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification is required.
• Good written and spoken English communication.
• Proficiency with computer applications used in clinical settings.
• Ability to meet state practice act requirements and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute dialysis care for hospital patients as assigned.
• Supervise and assist Patient Care Technicians and LVNs as directed.
• Ensure accurate documentation of treatments and charge data.
• Complete water quality verification and machine safety checks.
• Administer medications per physician orders and educate patients.
