Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. in a hospital environment seeks an Acute Registered Nurse to provide acute dialysis care and supervise Patient Care Technicians and LVNs. You will report to an Acute Manager or Administrator depending on the region, and ensure adherence to policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities include administering dialysis, producing accurate documentation, coordinating with hospital staff, and educating patients to support care plans and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state or compact.
• 12 months or more nursing experience preferred.
• Dialysis nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification required with hospital-approved program.
• Ability to pass color screening.
• Demonstrated English language communication ability.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Provide patient education and follow up as needed.
• Assist with program's target goals in meeting quality metrics for patient outcomes.
