Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Charleston, WV is seeking an entry-level RN in Inpatient Services CAP1 to join the Kidney Care team and facilitate clinical advancement.

As part of the kidney care health team, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for an assigned patient group, collaborate with physicians and other staff, and participate in ongoing education and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful CPR BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients.
• Document patient data and modify treatment plans as indicated.
• Educate patients and families about learning needs and plan of care.
• Direct and supervise care provided by nursing staff as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in quality improvement activities.
