Job summary

TriHealth Clinton Regional Hospital is seeking an Acute Care Technician for the Labor & Delivery unit. The role provides basic patient care under RN supervision, with responsibilities including stocking, clerical tasks, and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Day shifts are 7 AM to 7 PM, with a 72-hour bi-weekly schedule and weekend/holiday rotation. Qualifications include a high school diploma and BLS, along with reading and math skills appropriate to the position.

Qualifications

• 2 years High School Education
• Age 17 with work permit
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Reading and math ability appropriate to the position

Responsibilities

• Performs and documents basic patient care tasks under the direct supervision of an RN.
• Maintains a safe environment and follows infection control policies.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families and team members; reports issues promptly.
• Performs supply, equipment, and environmental-related activities as required.
