Job summary

UCHealth in Aurora, CO seeks a Night Shift RN to provide direct patient care on med-surg/acute units. This onsite role includes a fixed night schedule, with a quarterly night shift incentive program of $1,600 for full-time staff.

The ideal candidate holds a current RN license, a nursing degree (BSN preferred), and at least 6 months of RN experience. The role requires night shift availability and compliance with BLS and unit-specific certifications.

Qualifications

• RN license and current state licensure.
• Graduate of accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care in Acute Care/Med-Surg units.
• Participate in orientation and offer precepting to new staff.
• Support evidence-based practice to ensure patient safety and quality care.
