Job summary

UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO is hiring an RN for full-time day/night rotation. The role features 72 hours per pay period, with a Night Shift Incentive Program paying $1,600 quarterly for full-time night shifts. Onsite only, no remote option.

Salary ranges from $35.29 to $54.71 per hour, dependent on experience. Requires acute care orientation and commitment to evidence-based practice and safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; RN.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 6 months of nursing (RN) experience.
• BLS/CPR certification through AHA or Red Cross; valid through start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve outcomes.
• Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence-based practice.
• Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and UCHealth learners.
• Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care.
