Job summary

UCHealth in Aurora, CO seeks an RN for direct patient care in a 24/7 acute setting. You will develop and adjust care plans, monitor patients, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure safe transfers and discharges. The position is full-time with nights, onsite only, offering comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Minimum RN licensure required with BLS; BSN preferred. 72 hours per pay period across two weeks. Competitive hourly pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program with state licensure.
• Preferred BSN; active Colorado RN license required.
• BLS certification at start date; ongoing life support as required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements and evaluates patient care plans based on assessment.
• Monitors patient condition, communicates changes to team, coordinates transfers and discharges.
• Provides care in a 24/7 acute care setting and educates patients/families.
