Job summary

UCHealth is seeking an RN for the Acute Care/Surgery unit in Colorado. This onsite role features a full-time schedule of 72 hours per pay period with day and night rotation. The compensation ranges from $35.29 to $54.71 per hour, with a night shift incentive program of $1,600 quarterly for full-time night shifts.

Minimum requirements include RN licensure, 6 months RN experience, and BLS/CPR certification. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS through AHA or Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer (card in-hand before start).

Responsibilities

• Provides top of scope direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Precepts and mentors new staff.
• Maintains wellness and evidence-based practice in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Contributes to safety and quality at the point of care.
